Nexmove is made up of a team of executive coaches and a multidisciplinary team that drives our ecosystem.

Our coaches, all of whom come from the business world, have a strong results-oriented culture, which translates into responsiveness, availability and creativity in carrying out their assignments. They have all held managerial positions or run profit centers.

And after all that, I breezily tell people that I’m a coach and outplacement consultant.

It wasn’t the obvious route to take because I worked in marketing for big international groups that speak to women by telling them that they’re beautiful! Not a bad deal for a man! For 15 years, I experienced the trials and tribulations of management at L'OREAL and ETAM, then at NEWELL-RUBBERMAID, working as Head of Marketing for Germany and International, Sales Director France and heading up subsidiaries in Chile, Switzerland and Belgium. What I liked most about management was the way it can highlight and showcase the various individual talents, skill-sets and resources within each team.

So what if I actually got a job doing this?

I used a professional hiatus to train as a coach and since 2006 I have been providing outplacement, coaching and career evaluation services in French, English, German or Spanish.

When I joined Nexmove in 2009, I found a place that is ideal for helping professionals to own their own transition process.

My job in a nutshell? Enabling a manager or executive to identify and tap into their own (cognitive, relational and motivational) potential more effectively in order to devise a project, deploy the resources needed to effect the change and measure the extent to which the objective has been achieved. And if the objective is achieved or exceeded...then that goes down as a win!

I chose to join Nexmove in order to accompany the Directors in the key stages of their professional life, to keep an impacting role on the organizations and to contribute to the development and the Nexmove customer experience.

I have 25 years of professional experience in Purchasing and International Sales Management in the world of premium gastronomy: first Dalloyau, then Richard Vins & Cafés and finally La Maison du Chocolat during the last 13 years, during which I developed, within the Management Committee, the strategic business and the international BtoB customer experience.

As a committed manager of multidisciplinary teams of more than 18 people in 5 countries, the common thread of my career has been the development of targeted support for my clients' needs, the creation of a genuine human relationship over the long term and the development of my teams' talents.

I intervene more specifically in the framework of coaching missions (individual or team), outplacement, strategic career assessment.

My human, pragmatic and "out of the box" approach reveals the talents and potential of Leaders and Managers.
My 30 years of varied experience have given me a very good knowledge of shareholder relations, corporate governance, strategic and managerial issues as :
- head of a marketing, sales or communication BU (member of the comex) in highly competitive environments: new technologies, industry and distribution,
- CEO of a subsidiary of an international retail group
- consultant for start-ups.

I believe in people, teams and innovation.

As a former executive in large software companies, I became a coach after a Nexmove coaching.

I now accompany managers and their teams in understanding and succeeding in their professional, human and strategic challenges and in improving their managerial and leadership skills. I also intervene in their repositioning towards a professional future that resembles them.

My aim is to enable each person to develop in order to achieve autonomy and release their potential.

Trained at the Académie du Coaching and at Team Intelligence, I practice individual coaching, team coaching, facilitation and co-development.

In addition to my professional experience, my main assets are authenticity, listening skills, pragmatism, rigour, emotional intelligence and benevolence.

At SYLVANIA (lighting industry), I managed the Marketing department and then took over the General Management of a Business unit.

The first part of my career was essentially focused on the strategic and operational management of Human Resources in big corporations. For over 15 years, I helped advise senior management teams on all types of HR-related issues.

I started in the Telecoms sector before moving into Banking... I was very excited by the pace of change and I acquired solid experience of how organisations actually work and the specific challenges facing bosses and senior executives.

In 2008, I decided to focus on the things that give the most meaning and pleasure to my professional activities, namely meeting and engaging with people – this also chimed with my unstinting interest in the world of business and change enablement.

It became obvious what I wanted to do next, namely support senior executives and managers in their professional journey and repositioning strategy.

About Grégory

A few years working in finance have given me a pretty good understanding of economics and I factor cost effectiveness into all of my processes when I’m trying to solve problems and come up with solutions for businesses.

My numerous commitments to associations have fostered a flexible approach tailored to decentralised environments that require simple, effective and cost-efficient processes. I have considerable experience of deploying "open source” solutions to deal with the challenges faced by associations.

In 2010, I set up Ficelles, a company specialised in web design and consultancy (tech watch, social networks, websites, etc.) and web 2.0 training (HR 2.0, PR 2.0, marketing 2.0, communication 2.0, tech watch and curation, etc.).

I run a “Web uses” workshop for Nexmove that gives participants an enhanced understanding of the web and arms them with a number of tools they can deploy to optimise web use for professional and personal ends.

About Olivier

Through Acte Sept, I’ve been helping senior executives with their spoken communication for the past 15 years. I’m a trained singer and actor and I’ve written a few plays so I created Acte Sept with the idea of marrying corporate communications to an artistic approach.

Drawing upon these two skills, we work on both the content of your message (as author), but also on how you deliver it (as an actor).

We have created a leadership communication workshop for Nexmove to work on communication style and key upcoming speeches. I take turns with AnLo Piquet and Olivier Lambert – two other members of the Acte Sept team – to coordinate the workshop and it’s always a great adventure because quality communication is really all about having quality relationships!
